Purchasing Process
The purchasing process includes these steps:

2. Users place an order by submitting it.

Prices and Payment
Prices for services are displayed in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include all applicable fees and taxes.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, and Quickmove does not store payment details. If a payment fails or is refused, Quickmove is not obliged to fulfil the order.
Users do not acquire rights to use the purchased service until full payment is received.
Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued under certain circumstances, which will be communicated on a case-by-case basis.
To complete a service order, users are required to successfully complete biometric verification within 48 hours of purchase. It is the sole responsibility of the user to complete this step within the specified timeframe. If biometric verification is not completed within 48 hours, the order will be automatically cancelled, and only 50% of the purchase amount will be refunded to the user. This policy ensures timely processing and security verification in line with our service standards.
